Tai- Chi Chuan- Yang Style Long Form

Instructor: Rick Von Kaenel

Tai Chi is a martial art that turns out to be very good for your health. There are 3 main principles: 1) Move slow 2) Be balanced 3) Relax. Follow these principles and health improves.

$50/month. First class is always FREE!

Attire: Loose clothing, rubber soled shoes.

Materials needed: Sense of humor.

Background: 7,500 hours of study. Teaching since 2007.




Yoga Fundamentals

Instructor: Rachel Fredell

In this gentle Hatha-Vinyasa flow class we move through warm up, vinyasa sequence and cool down with awareness and intention. Proper alignment is emphasized and questions are encouraged. We explore the fullness of our breath along with the yoga postures as a form of moving meditation. Yogic principles are the foundation upon which we develop a safe practice; where we build deep core strength protecting the joints and stabilizing the spine.

Yoga Dance Flow

This invigorating hatha-vinyasa flow class is for more experienced practitioners. Rooted in the traditional primary series, students are encouraged to focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. It is recommended that students with no previous yoga experience start out in the Yoga Fundamentals class before moving into the Yoga Flow Class.
