New t-shirts coming to Cerrillos Station

Mitákuye Oyás'iŋ (All Are Related) is a phrase from the Lakota language. It reflects the world view of interconnectedness held by the Lakota people of North America. This concept and phrase is expressed in many Yankton Sioux prayers, as well as by ceremonial people in other Lakota communities.

This phrase appears below the tipi image created by local artist, Dominique Samyn. The phrase was used by owner, Barbara Briggs, and her husband, Tom, at their wedding, to reflect their connectedness to the closer group of friends and family in attendance, and in turn their guests' connectedness to their many friends and family.
